What’s bloomin’?
Blue tea! What is it? Meet our center piece drink made using our homegrown highly pigmented blooms that come from a beautiful purple wildflower plant called the Butterfly Pea plant. It’s the magical tea that changes color! You may have seen it offered on the menu at a restaurant or your favorite tea house. Hand picked blossoms, that come from organic plants are harvested during growing season. For those who want to experience quintessential health benefits, we offer a variety of nutritional mix-ins that will give those what they need. Do you need a boost energy? Maybe you need some calming for those razzed up days. Or how about your tummy and digestion? There is a mix in for it all. And they taste great!

Learn how to plant the flowers that bring butterflies to your garden
If you love butterflies like I do, you may grow your own butterfly garden. It’s simple. Really! Let’s talk monarchs. Those beautiful orange, stained glass window flutterers will come if you put out a plant that sounds like a weed, but it isn’t! Milkweed plants are the bees knees to Monarchs. You also will need some nectar plants like the red penta or red salvia. They prefer red plants, but will enjoy pink pentas as well. Most plants with tuberous blooms will provide health snacks for their flutterings throughout their day.
How to use blooms to make tea
No sweat here! Just take 5 or 6 blooms (more for a darker, richer color) and add them to hot water. Cover and let this steep for as long as you like. Would you like your tea warm? Remove blooms (you may re-use) add your preferred mix in for the results you want and sip away. For a cooler pleasure, add your favorite mix in and ice cubes and put your feet up. Enjoy!
